Dear International customers we have been having trouble with our checkout and doesnt seem to work right with some zip codes so if the checkout is not working for you please email me at wireman1957@bellsouth.net and i will send you a paypal payment invoice to purchase your item. NOTE: Due to our extreamly low profit margin on our custom made pedals and to keep our prices as low as possable we have a (All sales are final policy "No Refunds or returns -- Refunds **IMPORTANT: Please read before you purchase** All sales are final. We are a small husband and wife boutique pedal builder. There is not much profit made per pedal due to the low selling price thus we do not give refunds if you cant wait the quoted waiting time + shipping time or you recieve your pedal and decide you dont want it we do not give refunds- However, under certain circumstances and your pedal has not started or has been built exceptions can be made and are under our descretion - If a refund is granted, we will deduct the shipping cost you paid and a 30% refund fee from your purchase price refund to cover our loss , fee's ect and must be requested within 48 hours.

All pedals are custom built to order for each customer so we do not normaly give refunds -- but In certain circumstances we do so if want to cansel your order before it is built a 30% refund fee does apply . refunds we issue can take up to a few days to process - this fee is imposed to cover our loss from time , Ebay and PayPal fees ect --- theres absolutely no refunds after your pedal have been built or shipped

Our pedals have a 90 day limited parts and labor warrantee that covers manufacture parts defects and repair labor . your pedal will be repaired free of charge unless your pedals has been damaged in any way or the wrong power supply was used or if it has been tampered with or altered in any way (All pedal sent in for a repair must be shipped back to us prepaid. thanks You: the management
